• The Software Engineer has the skills to develop large and / or complex programs, incl. design, coding and testing. As part of test responsibilities, the Software Engineer defines and creates test cases, executes test activities and reports on progress.

Task and responsibilities:

• Understand the needs of end users and translate business requirements into clear and intuitive GUI for the end user
• Create, maintain, and share user interface guidelines and specifications
• Work with cross functional teams to define UX deliverables as part of planning process
• Collect feedback from end users, developers and manage changes to UX deliverables throughout the software development lifecycle

Mandatory skills and experiences:

• Analytical mindset and interest in information technology and financial markets
• A degree in a technical subject (e.g., Computer Science), or equivalent experience
• 5 or more years of experience as UX Designer of equivalent position
• Knowledge of UI design tools (e.g., Figma, UXPin)
• Knowledge of UML
• Working proficiency and communication skills in English
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Optional skills:

• Knowledge of financial markets (bonds, equities, futures, options)
• Knowledge Drow.io, SQL, object modeling
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence
• Knowledge of relevant technology stack (Angular, RxJS, nodejs, GraphQL)
