You must have:

• Project management role 4-6 years of experience with preferred PMP/PgMP credential 
• 2-4 years of Change Management – leading or instrumental in adoption methodologies
• Well understanding of Project Schedules (MS Project); Status Reporting; Communications Plans, managing project financials and KPIs, etc. 
• Experience with ERP Deployments within a Manufacturing Organization (i.e. SAP, Oracle, etc.)  
• Understanding of Supply Chain process 
• Strong business acumen – financial basics, polished with owning strategic play but able to execute in the tactical 
• Bold – executive presence and transcending org mindset 
• Proven ability to lead business and technical/IT teams – cross functional 
• Able to build and lead high performing delivery teams  
• Exhibits strong behavioral and Leadership traits
